As the other reviews point out, this accommodation does not disappoint. Brilliant correspondence with the owner from the start making you feel great about the booking before you even get there. Pictures showcase how nice the caravan is perfectly and I'd highly recommend booking the hot tub as well as we're going to really struggle not having a nightly dip relaxing under the stars, it was wonderful. Loved being able to walk down on to Camber Sands giant beach and enjoyed using the complex facilities for a round of crazy golf and some nice meals. We were incredibly lucky with the weather making the whole experience brilliant. Look forward to visiting again one day and will want to stay at Ross's accommodation again. Thank you.

We had a 2 night stay (wish it was longer!), from the time we booked this property until after we left, the process and communications have been easy. Ross the owner, has thought of everything through to the finer details of bluetooth speaker, nest heating system, games, netflix, the decor, the place is immaculate, smart looking, a welcome red velvet cake and bottle of proceseco in the fridge! (amazing cake!) and the views across the fields are beautiful to wake up to. We opted for the hot tub aswell, went down well with the kids! The position of the caravan is nicely tucked to the back of the park, but only a 2 min walk to the main complex building, and around 5 mins walk to the beach. This was our first time in this property and to Camber Sands, and it certainly wont be our last, we are going to book again with Ross in 2018 (fingers crossed its available!). We highly recommend booking with Ross and staying at this property. Thank you Ross and family for letting us use our place

We stayed here over the Easter bank holiday. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure our needs were covered. Answering all queries before we arrived. His home is in a very quiet location of the park. It's spacious clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. It even includes games for the kids as well as hot tub and BBQ. There are lots to do with kids on the park, by the beach and nearby. We had a brilliant time. I would definitely recommend this to others and will be hoping to come back soon. A big Thank you to our host, who made our mini break a memorable one.
Emma, Great host and brilliant relaxing stay
This caravan is a fantastic get away. It’s a cosy caravan with a modern and stylishly furnished interior. The hot tub was simple to use and made our trip even better. Ross is a fantastic host, replying almost instantly to messages and is always there to help if it’s needed. He left us a cake and a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch on arrival, especially since the trip was for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday. We walked around Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and saw Camber Castle which was surrounded by beautiful countryside. 10/10 would recommend this stay.

Would totally book this again. Ross the owner answered all questions before we stayed. The caravan is a welcoming home from home. Very peaceful. Lovely neighbours. Right on the edge of the site. Prime spot. We visited with a two year old and it was lovely and safe. Even though she spent most of her time sitting on the door step writing on the black board, which she loved. Some really lovely thoughtful touches too. Clean, fresh bedding. So thank you.

From beginning to end this has been an amazing stay. Ross was an amazing host responding to questions quickly and leaving us a little treat on arrival. The place is beautiful and was everything we needed for our first family break with a toddler and a newborn. Even though we stayed out of season there was enough on site and locally to keep my daughter entertained and then when they went off to sleep the hot tub allowed for some much needed relaxation for us. Will definitely be coming back as the facilities, the beach, and Ross make this place memorable.

I absolutely loved this place. The place was great, super clean and cosy. Had everything so we didn’t need to pack much. The perfect holiday location, beach was walking distance and there was a designer outlet within 30 mins drive which was a bonus because it was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the beach. There a arcade, pub/restaurant and a convenience store nearby the holiday park. We had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather we always had something to do. Really enjoyed our holiday here. I wish we could keep this place a secret and have it all to ourselves but that wouldn't be fair. Occupying one of the best spots on the the site, this little place has everything you need for a perfect little break.

Ross couldn't have been more helpful. He has made sure you don't need to see him but will clearly be there immediately if you need him for anything, which we didn't. Don't think from the pics that this is a chilly holiday caravan. It's a large well thought out modern and immaculate space with everything you need, and as warm as toast however cold it is outside. It is far better in many ways than some apartments we've stayed in. Comfy bed, great shower, lovely open plan living space with well equipped good sized kitchen. Great terrace with a great view and hot tub. The whole experience was great, and we will definitely be back. Thanks Ross.
